Saving $500k per year, this app overhauled the coaching process for technicians in a highly unionized environment. It displays valuable behavioural insights in an intuitive and effective way to enable better performance coaching and documentation.

A Tech’s most effective helper in the field

Driving $200k in annual savings, this project integrated a request-for-help module into the technician scheduling platform. Realized through user research and data analysis, I delivered a robust and efficient process.

Redesign of the healthcare website

Focused on usability, I utilized heuristic evaluation to identify usability issues and followed up with two rounds of usability testing to optimize patient experience.
